Chain Blocks

chain block is commonly used in construction, manufacturing, and shipping industries. They provide a reliable, safe way to lift and transport heavy items. Chain blocks are often used in tandem with other types of lifting equipment, such as chain hoists or winches, to more safely and efficiently move heavier loads. Are available in many different sizes, depending on the weight of the load being lifted.

Lifting & Handling Equipment

Lifting equipment includes all the gear that enables a load to be hoisted without the need for the lifting to be done manually. This sounds straightforward, but the variety of devices that lift a load from a simple chain block off a beam to a beam with a forklift that tips a full skip of swarf into a waste container is limitless. Most sites have to make use of different equipment because lifting equipment is typically purchased a piece at a time to complete a task. A proper review is rarely done to determine whether equipment from different manufacturers is compatible.

Fire Safety & Hazardous Storage

Almost every industrial site has items that could start a fire or cause harm to someone, and many of them store these items in whatever cupboard happens to be free at the time. Fire safety in the workplace includes all of the equipment that exists to help prevent this, such as fire-rated cabinets, gas cylinder cages, spill pallets, and charging cabinets for lithium batteries. These items may not be glamorous, but they allow people to remain safe at work, and they only come to the forefront of people’s minds when incidents occur.
